Prior to joining Garnett Ltd, Ms. Iltanen was a partner of Vass & Lekrinszki, Attorneys at Law in Hungary. Ms Iltanen represented companies on commercial matters and also advised management teams on finance, tax, and marketing matters as well as general management issues.
In 2001, Ms. Iltanen worked as an in-house lawyer for Partek Corporation (nowadays owned by KONE Corporation) in Helsinki and handled international sales transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
