Jorma Kinnunen is a lawyer with extensive experience in the fields of corporate management and financial administration. He has worked in demanding expert positions and lectured in related fields.
Mr. Kinnunen’s experience is in the areas of construction and real estate, high technology promotion and development projects of the Finnish business community. He also has experience with mergers and acquisitions, financial reorganizations and listings of Finnish companies.
Mr. Kinnunen’s previous employers have been, among others, Technopolis Oyj, Iin Micropolis Oy and CCC Group.
